He came through Sporting CP’s youth academy, made his senior debut in 2020, and joined PSG on loan in 2021 before making the move permanent. Known for his speed, attacking runs, and crossing ability, Mendes played a key role in PSG’s 2024-25 season and helped Portugal win the 2025 UEFA Nations League.
